One Summer I found myself in Maine for the sole purpose of plein air painting at the Frank Benson estate. I wandered the dirt roads for a good hour before I found this spot. Setting my french easel up to catch the rapidly changing light I couldnt help the feeling that I was on the right path, in the moment, multitudes of time and circumstance lead me to this one place to be present and record the beauty of Summer light.
