Red Sky at Night

Painted from a smaller demo painting I did for my class. I took a photo of a sunset over the marsh with an intense pink/red sky, and wanted to see if I could make it work. The marsh is in Hilton Head, SC. I liked the smaller creek, and the windswept trees right next to it. It was in an area between the land and the beach. Usually you don't see trees like those out in the open marsh.
