Driver's Market in Sausalito

A plein air study of the light casting on Driver's Market on Caledonia Street in Sausalito with some finish work done in my studio. Last year I started Marin Plein Air: Urban and Landscape Drawing and Painting Meetup group in an effort to make some new friends and get outside to paint more. Driver's Market is a lovely local hangout that feels so comfortable and always seems flooded with light. I was struck by how the light bounced off of the building and flowed right down the entire street. It was a lovely painting to work on. This is my second study of Driver's Market.
