Luminous Lilies

I have been passionate about painting, and I have a deep desire to improve my observations, see color, and eye to hand coordination. I used oil paint as my medium, and I've observed actual lilies in a vase outdoors, to capture the light and texture of the flowers. These flowers were chosen as my subject because they were one of my family favorites, and the pure color helps me to see value, shape, and form of the lilies.
