500 North and State

This work yard is located in Hurricane, Utah. In February, I visited the site three times. I could have spent more time there! I love the shapes, and colors, and great signage. Upon bringing the painting back to the studio, I had to do a lot of shape corrections, given the complex nature of the subject matter. But, the result was worth it.

(This photo was taken by an iPhone. The original painting is in my studio and I'm not supposed to go there for another two weeks. Photos taken with a proper camera, at higher pixel count, will be available in a few weeks.)
