The Elissa’s Maiden Voyage is based on the Tall Ship Elissa which was painted en plein air at the Il Concorso de Machia in Galveston, Texas. The background was invented based on its history—making its first voyage through the Scottish Isles. This work of art acrylic on gallery wrapped canvas.
