Glisten-Willapa Bay National Wildlife Refuge

A spectacular wildlife refuge and estuary that weaves in and out on the southern Washington coast of the Pacific Ocean! This was the last day of a four-day trip to paint and camp around Willapa Bay and Cape Disappointment. I set up for 3-4 hours and made this painting before hitting the road to head home. I couldn't resist the cloud formations and reflections...painting while the clouds moved and the tide changed!
