Oil on canvas. I was about to leave Pot Island after painting all day. The weather was changing and I was loading up my boat when I looked across the channel and saw the light illuminating the rocks on High Island. I dropped everything and started paining. I painted up until the very last minute and had a pretty rough journey home and it was absolutely worth it.
