Oil on 3 custom-made 1.5" cradled boards. This is the view from the parking lot of Train Museum in Strasburg, PA in the heart of Amish country. It began with a plein air study, and evolved into an idea to make it a panorama in a triptych style. The summer scene features multiple Amish farms dotting the rolling countryside in Lancaster County, PA.
