Hunter Canyon

This is a Plein air in the middle of nowhere in Southern Utah. What I wanted to capture wad the solitude and play of sunshine on the Cottonwoods. It was dead quiet like the desert always is. All I could hear was the gravel under my feet crunching, and a raven that was circling the canyon. It's call now and then would echo along the steep red walls.
