My inspiration for this scene was a challenge I gave myself "Could I make a painting out of a patch of woods?" the painting is on Strathmore Plate Bristol board. It is created using watercolors and layers of watercolor pencil and watercolor crayons used dry. I enjoy trying to find the sacred in everyday life or views.
