The bacon in Huizhou, China is not a cured meat sold in a city food store, but a unique scenery in the mountain village food culture. There is a big folk custom in Huizhou. Before the Spring Festival, every family killed the year-old pigs. The households marinated the bacon. The meat was marinated and dried. It was strong and could be stored for a long time. The scent came. The bacon roasted bamboo shoots are dried but not greasy, fragrant but not gorgeous, and very delicious. Walking in the small village of the ancient city, all kinds of bacon rushed forward, forming a unique scenic line!
