Plein air only. This was my entry in the Arts Fest paint out competition Feb 9, 2020 in Stuart Memorial Park. We arrived, had our paper or canvas stamped by officials, and had to frame and hang our work in a specific timeframe. Completed on Arches watercolor paper 300 lb cold press
