Oil on wood. Mid day, Back lit. My method normally includes a lot of movement and often my subjects are picked to this. As I try to echo nature through my process, I imagine walking across the landscape with my brushstroke, sculpting in through the design and the movement, being very general as I explain the bigger picture, but being very specific as I explain the more nuianced sophistication of nature that fascinates me; all the vibrations of life, we normally don't see unless we really look.
