The Flow of Fall

Oil on linen. Every fall in the small town of Winthrop, these Cottonwoods put on a spectacular show, I have always wanted to paint the river with the sun shinning through the gold leaves above it. This fall was especially colorful, the weather cooperated and I was able to do a few studies along with some photos.
